“Down Siena” – Sunday – 05th April 2015

Happy Easter All, we’ve said welcome and good-bye to our second set of guest this weekend. It was lovely to see friends we haven’t seen for over a year. However Siena still needs more training, as unfortunately the cry this weekend was “Down Siena”. Thankfully one of our friends has a beautifully behaved dog and she had done 9 months of puppy training so she had lots of useful tips. Which we hope will improve our puppy’s behaviour for our next guests. And as she is currently fast asleep across my lap while I’m typing this I’m very happy, rather than having to stop her bouncing around me. I would also like to mention that my hot cross buns went down a treat on Sunday.

So what else have we been up to this week? I’ve been very busy with work. Pat and I finished the front entrance, including cleaning the tiles and giving them a treatment. Which we have to remember as it is somewhat slippery if you are wearing slippers or socks. I’m happy with how it has turned out. Haven’t made as many changes as I originally anticipated but that is fine. I’m very glad to be rid of the pink. Next step bathroom, once we decide on colour.

Well Pat has just returned with the coffee, which we had run out of, so I’m off to have a cup of coffee.

Don’t forget to look at Pat’s blog – http://patblog.patbell.co.uk/

Until next week
